Tasting Notes

The Pinotage revolution is here. No more dusty tannins, rubbery aromas and roasted coffee dusted fruit. Instead a wine that has a degree of translucency in the glass and on the palate. Aromas of dark red cherries, red currants, dried herbs and a touch of cumin. The palate has great concentration without being heavy and leads to a structured and mouthwatering finish.
