Tasting Note
A wine primed for a chill and drinking on a warm day. It is hazy garnet in color. Loads of red fruit explode on the nose with maraschino cherries being the most dominant. Hints of spicy mint and celery salt emerge and a pinch of white pepper noticeable from the stem inclusion. The palate is light-bodied, nervy and very fresh with very high tones and a lingering, refreshing finish.

"Pinot meunier. Fermented as 100% whole bunch with a daily foot tread. Vineyard is Oakbank Vineyard, Adelaide Hills.
Pale, hazy ruby colour. Nice. Scents of sweet cherry, maraschino, white pepper, mint and fennel herb character. Nice. Slippery texture, all sour-sweet flavours, dusting of white pepper added to that herbal thing and cherry juice finishes it all off. Light, shy wine of plenty of freshness and lift. So delicious."
