Dave was a 2018 finalist for ‘Young Gun of Wine’ and his recent work with Pete Schell of Spinifex is only a small part of his story.  Dave comes from a long line of growers in the Barossa and his work at Lammershoek (alongside Jurgen Gouws of Intellego and Craig Hawkins of Testalonga) as well as Domaine Matassa really shaped his current winemaking.
